*Express Mail

Express Mail is guaranteed to arrive in 3 working days from anywhere in the US.  If Express Mail does not arrive in 3 working days from the day of mailing, by 3pm at the delivery destination, bring the customer copy to the Post Office and file a claim for reimbursement of postage paid for the Express item. There is a wait period of seven days from the day of mailing to file the claim. Only the sender can fill out the claim for refund of postage.

Important Note

Use of the proper address content and format is essential for efficient, problem free mail service while overseas. Please use the addresses exactly as they are provided to you, and resist the temptation to modify them in any way. Never include geographical locations (such as Iwakuni Japan) in your mailing address, because your stateside correspondents may be charged much higher International Postage rates unnecessarily. Additionally, PSC Box holders should never include extraneous information (such as their unit or work section) in their mailing address, as doing so is completely unnecessary and may actually result in misrouting of mail. It is recommended that all your correspondents be informed accordingly.
